I Have Two White Pimples Under My Eyes… Help?

I am 13 and I know one of you is going to say that it is part of my growing stage I realize that and i get red facial acne but this is different. I have had two white pimples under my left and right eye since I was a little boy. I have always been chubby and my doctor says it has something to do with fat. I tried putting acne medicine that works well with me on it but it doesn’t work. I don’t want to use a needle and hurt myself because I might miss the pimple and hit my eye so is there any alternative way to remove this? If there is none than please post the way on how to remove it with a needle but I need some detailed instructions so I don’t mess up. Best answer will be chosen by me! Please help!

    You may have a Stye on your eye and if you had for this long you need to have a doctor Lance it out you can’t do it alone
    google STYE and you can read and compare to your sitution
